6:00 p.m. Cocktails & introductions

Arrive to a welcome drink and 30 minutes to mingle before we sit down. A relaxed chance to put faces to names and find the people wrestling with the same things you are.

6:30 p.m. Dinner

A family-style, coastal Italian meal made for sharing. Between courses, a we share what's actually working: AI search, reputation, and keeping a brand strong across every location.

Later — Dessert 

Coffee, dessert, and the kind of unhurried conversation that never quite happens in a 30-minute breakout. Head home whenever you like. Your ride's already covered.

Can I bring a colleague to the dinner?
Absolutely — colleagues are welcome to register on their own, and seats are confirmed individually. We don't accommodate personal plus-ones, but we'd love to see more of your team join.

Is there a cost to attend?
None. The dinner is complimentary, and if you'd rather not drive, your ride is covered too.

How do I get there?
Élephante is at 2701 Maple Ave in Uptown Dallas, inside 23Springs, with parking on site if you drive. Prefer not to? Request a $150 Uber voucher for the round trip, on us.

How are seats confirmed?
Space is limited and the room is kept intimate on purpose. Registrations are reviewed, and confirmed guests are notified in advance.
